What is a good inexpensive watch that will record splits as well as HR?

What is your definition of inexpensive?

Timex makes a 30 lap Ironman HRM for about $70. I have one. It works very well. Looks like a regular watch too.

I don't have a specific watch to reccomend, but when it comes to buying ebay seems to be a great source for discontinued models!
