holy cow look at those paws!!! she's gonna be huge!! but she's soo cute!!
ps if she's chewing on things like furniture and your clothes chances are she needs some exercise... (and a few really strong chew toys) |

Our pup is now 7 months old...I don't even remember him that little! Adorable little lab!! I like the ideas for naming her something after running....like Miley the best. Good luck and have fun!

We have a yellow lab now, Ruger. I wanted to name him Miles, though. I lost the name game. I got to name our previous black lab, Howie. After Howie Long, of course. *insert whistle and cat call here* So it will be my turn next dog. |

Wait ... how about "Kay?"
As in 5-kay. 10-kay.
Plick. Way to one-up me! I actually was trying to come up w/an alternative to "Miles" b/c it sounded too masculine for a female dog. I couldn't get "Kilometer" outta my head, and as a result missed the "Kay" part. Nice call.
Now, if the OP was really into the elliptical machine this would be a no-brainer.

Lily is so...common.
Lila means "evening". It is a pretty name with a nice meaning, and the meaning captures the dog's color.
Lily has no particular meaning, but is the name of a flower. This is a dog. Not a flower.

she's adorable!!! My husband grew up with Labs but when we got married we switched to goldens. They are both great and the females are such wonderful momma dogs. 
did you decided on Mocha? We named our first light golden, Sunshine...I think Mocha is a perfect fit.
Have fun with her. our newest golden, Boston, is getting huge and I can't wait until I can run with him! |
