Alright, this is my first race where I'll have a real time goal. My first race was Falmouth last year and I ran it easy since I was recoveirng from shin splints (1:09:50 for 7.2 miles). This time, I want that 59:59 for 7.5 miles (8 minute mile pace). Did two 5.25 mile tempo runs this week and hit 8:13 each time but I didn't push myself too hard. Nice easy 2-3 miles tomorrow, Saturday off and race Sunday morning. Picked up my race kit last night and I'm already getting anxious. Wish me luck. |

| Good luck! I ran this race last year and had a great run. I can't make it this year, although I will be running Falmouth. |
