    I wonder if anyone who has been a coach or is an experienced runner can help me to give him advice.

     

    I don't want to post the video on the board, as I don't want anyone he knows to see it and tip him off that I've posted it. He would be very upset.

     

    Anyway, my own opinion is that there is too much side to side movement in the hips, possibly resulting from weak hips and glutes.

                  Have you asked the manfromnantucket if bong water contains THC? If it does I'm sure he drinks it on his runs for hydration.
