A couple friends ran H&M last year, including the women's winner. It is a small but tough course.

| I was looking at the H&M HM. The web site doesn't have a 2007 date, so I sent an email to the race director, but never heard back...If you find out, please share. Thanks. |

Grandma's marathon in Duluth is one of the best marathons there is. It is mostly flat, usually gets good weather (although not in 2005 or 2006), is right along Lake Superior the entire way, is well supported on the course, has great shirts and medals and a fabulous postrace area. Registrations can be downloaded and mailed in from the website on Jan 22, but hurry cuz it fills quickly. I plan on running this coming Summer, it will be my thrid year in a row.
