Other cross training options ... xc skiing? (Read 538 times)

    Hey Eric, Love that the site has options to add a bike ride or swim, etc., but wondering if you can add in another option for those of us in the Northeast who just got socked with more than a foot of wonderful white powder and get to blaze cross country ski paths through our old running trails?
      Hey Aaron, You can add any type of cross training workout you want to your log. Just click on Options in the upper right corner, then Log Preferences, then under Workout Types click Other workouts and fill in whatever type of cross training you want. It will show up under the options when you click the arrow next to New Run Entry on your training log. Enjoy the snow!
