| I followed the instructions to import to Excel, but it just doesn't work. The text option works fine, though. BTW I'm using Open Office org. Could it be that it isn't compatible? Thanks. |

Captain Atom,
The file is plain text so you'll need to open it as a tab delimited text file. I haven't used Open Office, but I'm sure it can do that.
