Eating Disorders among runners (Read 97 times)

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share my blog with you all if you care to check it out @ http://www.runninginsilence.com. In the first  50 or so entries I post past journal entries about how I tried a raw food while running collegiately and realized I had an eating disorder. I now plan on turning this into a book, and mostly just post entries about dealing with eating disorders, etc. Check it out if you'd like and let me know what you think!
