I (finally!) broke a 50:00 10K! 4/29/2007 / Run / Random Route / Race/ 10 km / 47:29 / 7:39 pace And my mom and mother in law dropped over a minute and a half from their 5K pace during this 10K (they finished in 1:35:47)
