    not bad for mile 25

      Okay x, I'm in.

I'll go for 201 in December.  That will give me an even 2,560 for the year.

Oops.  With the three days in Nov. I guess that it will be more like 2,565Smile

Our end-of-year mileage should be extremely close!

I'm in. A lot of days will probably only be a mile or two to supplement cross-training, but this will be good.

3 miles this morning in the teens with a pretty view of the sunrise.  Felt so dead-legged and butt-achy I wimped out on the pm run.

Just as well, I want the hammy to shut up by the time this streak is done.

13.1 exactly this morning. I bailed on a race I'd been thinking about, decided to at least run the mileage. Going for a skiing day trip tomorrow. It will be interesting getting that one mile in!

I wasn't sure I'd be able to run today, so I planned two times to run.

Ran both.  Second one was with my Dad.  Can't beat that.

"When a person trains once, nothing happens. When a person forces himself to do a thing a hundred or a thousand times, then he certainly has developed in more ways than physical. Is it raining? That doesn't matter. Am I tired? That doesn't matter, either. Then willpower will be no problem."

Day 2 - 3 more miles for me.

"Leave all the afternoon for exercise and recreation, which are as necessary as reading. I will rather say more necessary because health is worth more than learning."
