I ran 3.2 with my dog this morning.  More freezing fog.  My dog had ice crystals form on her ears and eyebrows.  Smile

        I ran 6 this morning.

          8.  Smile

We are fragile creatures on collision with our judgment day.

Going to try it again this year...did 79 days last year and then the blizzard hit..hoping for 100 or better in December.  2 days done!

            Run, Walk, Crawl, just Finish.

If you log a mile in each day I'll let it slide. I'd really prefer you keep that kind of mischief within the context of an ultra so you don't come off appearing dishonorable to the rest of us. I know it's going to cramp your style so I'll add you to the list.

I'm not one of those obsessives; I'm not gonna streak all through the holiday season.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

But I did run today anyway.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

As long as I still get soup, I'm okay.

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

I'm driving over 700 miles today. Already ran. Get out there and run people.
