The Logic of Long Distance
si everyone keeps telling me, that I dont need to lose anymore, but I know that I will boost my performance if I do. It's just so hard at the moment, Here is a typical days diet:
7am: Porridge, skimmed milk.
1pm: 4 Tuna sandwiches, low fat crisps(chips)
4pm: handful fo assirted nuts
7:30 pm: afer my run: Bowl of pasta, or tuna jacket potato, yoghurt.
How can I cut down on that. Please help, I cant have reached a plateau because hypothetically everyone is capable of being skeletal! (not that I want to go that far)
