Say more about this, Captain Russ. (I'm completely sincere and curious. Wassup with Midway. I've never flown there).
MDW is better. Smaller lines, less crowds, less likely that your flight gets screwed up. And they have Southwest. Always easier to drive and park. Basically, if you lived here, it would be your airport.
