The Heartbreak Kid; what a disappointment, Ben.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot Knocked Up.

Ugh, "Knocked Up." Not only did that movie make me not want to have kids even more than I already don't...but now I don't even want to get married.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Howard the Duck were two of my favorites as a kid. I think my mom put crack in my raisin bran.
I think the all time worst for me was Dream Girls. What an awful piece of crap. I couldn't even finish it.

Bloodrayne - Kristanna Loken is such an utterly bad actress that even Keanu Reeves thinks she's wooden.
Starship Troopers - LOVED the book. Waited 20 years for the movie to be made and all I get is Caspar Van Dien. Cool critters, tho.
Queen of the Damned - Damn...just, damn.
Prince of Tides - Streisand and Nolte are no Bogart and Bacall. Hell, their not even a McNee and Rigg.
While I'm thinking about McNee and Rigg, quite possibly the worst movie adaptation of a TV show was "The Avengers." Not even Uma Thurman in skintight black leather could save that movie. (See all previous refs to Halle Berry in Catwoman.)

The book really wasn't anything more than a 230 page oration on right wing politics and war's place in the global arena. Smashingly well written. Was pretty sure it wouldn't translate well to film, mostly because so much of the book was about political philosphy.
I think they might have been able to salvage it had they shown the battle suits that troops wore. Those were cooler than cool.

See...you get it. Paul Verhoeven obviously didn't.

It actually looked good in the previews even though I'm not a John Leguizamo fan. It was like they started with a good director and then every 15 minutes they switched to a worse director....and then a worse director... and each director didn't quite pay attention to what had happened previously in the movie. Bad. Bad. Bad.

"The Allnighter" staring Susana Hoffs from the Bangles....absolutely horrible. I am embarrased to admit I even watched it, but I was 16 hoping for a boob shot

Charlie's Angels...basically just about anything starring Drew Barrymore. She is like fingernails on a chalk board for me. That movie along with Batman and Robin as mentioned before are two of the only movies I can't sit through at all...

I think horror movies definitely dominate worst movie categories.

Xanadu - not on my list because of a couple of good ELO tunes.
I skated like a mad child in my garage for week after this. Great flick!

I put this movie in the Guilty Pleasures thread...I can't explain it. I love it. It is a sickness.
