stfuandrun view log Run for your life. posted: 12/17/2007 at 6:57 PM I'll be running my first ever 10k in Weott on May 4th for the Avenue of the Giants race. It looks like a beautiful course, and even though iPods aren't allowed ( ), I'll be too distracted by the beautiful scenery to care. Anyone else running this race or the marathon/half that day? I've only been running for about 6 months so I'm still a total newbie. Any tips for a first timer? I'm increasing my mileage and will be running 6 miles by the end of February.
