Sorry for the Nashville specific post, but I know there are a few Nashvillians here. Ran in the Percy Warner Park this morning for the first time (the 5.8 with small detour) Great place to run. Challenging, peaceful, great scenery. I had a moments pause when some ladies passing me said we were on 3 mile hill! Here's all the details.
