          Beyond the odd factor of this particular one...these dynamic / resonanting / whatever exercise things are amazing.

           

          Anyone doing upper body rehab and wanted to get an amazing workout from a lot of muscles firing all at once, check the Bodyblade.  After 4 months of rehab, I can only sustain a Bodyblade for about 30 - 45 seconds before my bad side's rotator cuff is just beaten...

          Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest.

             My PT had me doing bodyblade when I had my rotator cuff injury.  It is wicked. But it also is not battery operated.
