It is very good... but mine has a random page from a children's story (bound in and everything)

RE: Actual book...science stuff dry (for simpleton like me), but training philosophy and information is excellent. Always liked his blog.

Mine didn't have that, but it did have a lot of typos and some formatting issues, especially with those grey boxes.
Content was excellent, especially for moderately serious runners and coaches. I almost instantly modified some of the things I was doing...
