Since rest is one key ingredient in a runner's regimen, it would be great if there was a field in the running entry, perhaps next to "weight" that would allow us to enter in the hours of sleep we had the night before (ie. 8.0, 7.25, etc etc). Also, to have this added in to the reports, perhaps to see a trend regarding hours of sleep versus workouts, would be awesome too! Cool

Hi Alex,
You can record sleep with the site. I added it a while back. The field is found in the health note entry. I put it there because it's health related and that you don't have to log a workout in order to record it.
