| Help, calf pain (Read 120 times) |

Has anyone experienced a sudden sharp pain in the middle calf region? It came out of the blue while running on the flat and it felt as if someone had driven a knife into my calf.
Been doing the RICE since but the calf and ankle remain slightly swollen.
Anyone been through this? |

Could be a muscle tear or your achilles tendon.
I have survived both...and you will too
