De-slacking in progress

    27 years married today- in training for 28th year- don't know if I can meet my training goal Wink Big grin

    started running @ age 48 [lost 70#+, quit a 30 year pack/day habit>> ran HM]  Ran a few years then quit. Gained 70#+ back and smoking like before. Time to get healthy again @ 52 years over with the C25K program and beyond again. RE-start date 1-13-14

                +3 and my newly RUNNING wife and I celebrated by us running a 10K training distance: for her first time, she never ran over 4 miles before today (easy run pace)

                    +3 and my newly RUNNING wife and I celebrated by us running a 10K training distance: for her first time, she never ran over 4 miles before today (easy run pace)
                    Icing on the proverbial cake - that's great!! Maybe for #28 you'll have a 1/2 marathon to run together. Big grin
