I would do all of these just to finish, not race, of course.

PBs since age 60: 5k- 24:36, 10k - 47:17. Half Marathon- 1:42:41.

Hey Bonkin, Thanks for the kind advice. There is a 10K fun run this year in my area. It is the last week of August. I have been toying with the idea and by that time I should have finished the one hour runner. I just joined the community so will start using the training log on here. it is such a great tool eh.
