 Girl! Where do you live?!?! I'm in the murder capitol of the US (aka New Orleans) and I don't even feel like I should run with a gun!!

| On training runs where I don't need to carry water, I only take the $5 watch from Target. If I'm carrying water, I'll put my phone in the pocket on the Camelback. If I'm stuck on a treadmill, I'll add the bluetooth headphones and use my phone as an MP3 player. |
