Hey, For someone who is new to logging (running) intervals, what's the best way? Today I separated out the interval (2) 1 1/2 miles from the 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down, which I recorded as a walk run. Any advice? A

Ayola, I'm confused about your question ... can you clarify?

This is one of those 'whatever works for you' things. What I do is record the run as one continuous run including warmup, cooldown and recover jogs and then in the notes I break out what I did, for example: 3 miles easy in 24:00, 6 x 1000m in 3:50 each with 2 minute recovery jogs, 3 miles easy in 24:00. There is also a cool interval feature on this running log, but I don't use it. Mostly because I have years of data on here from before I started using RunningAhead and the above is how I've always done it.
