Turn Halogen Lights Off or Dimmed? (Read 84 times)

Our halogen lights are on a dimmer and can be turned very low to a small red dot.  Will the bulbs last longer to to keep them on all the time (dimmed most of the time), or should they only be turned on when we need the light?.  Not sure if electricity cost is significant,
