Yes! Actually, there's tons of parking on race morning at the finish (and the start of the full... but not at the start of the half), so wherever you stay won't be a huge issue. However, if you are running the full, there is a Holiday Inn just down the street from the start/finish. I stayed there last year. It was nice and somewhat close (but not super duper close) to two marta stations. The only drawback is that except for the hotel restaurant...yuck... there ain't nothing close for eating. That part of downtown closes up shop on Wednesday afternoon. But since you live close by, you may not care about this.
