| we went from 90 degrees on the coast, almost 100 inland Sat/Sun/Mon, to about 85 yesterday, to 58 and cloudy today! I was freezing! It was good running weather though (today)--though I hit the treadmill. |

Yes! I had a mediocre run today, but not because of the weather...I think the stars just weren't aligned or something. I love this kind of weather...not looking forward to what we'll have in a month or so. |

Yeah. I had on 1/2 length compression tights. I think it bounced off my rock-hard quads...or something like that.  |
