other workout types (Read 557 times)

    Pardon my ignorance, and sorry if you've covered this before... I can't seem to figure out how to record workout other than running (walking, strength...) When browsing other user logs, I notice additional non-running things. Thanks. P.S. This site is great. Keeps me motivated. I love seeing my progress.
    2010 Goals
    1. get to and maintain 20 MPW
    2. sub 50 min Crazy Legs 8k -- April 10 (so close! 50:13... next year)
    3. sub 30 min 5k
    4. improved time in Madison half marathon -- May 10
      Instead of clicking New Run Entry, click the little down arrow right next to New Run Entry. You should get a list of the other workout types. There are some other workout types that are predefined or you can customize these by clicking Options ->My Log Preferences.

      When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
