ok, there's my log, my stats... I'm running the baltimore 10 miler tomorrow. Its not a 'stay with a group' run like my Cherry Blossom 10, not a 'while I'm injured' run like last year's Annapolis 10 miler. I want to race this one. What's my pace/time going to be?

| Your training paces are a bit faster than mine were last November and you have more long runs, when I ran a 1:37 hilly 10 miler. So I'd say under 1:30 if you have a good day, otherwise 1:33-1:35 |
