RunningAHEAD - Topic: First Race of Season Big PR!!!

I had my 5k first race of the year since last track season today. During XC last year I started at 25:26 and made my way down to 18:55. I set my goal for this year at 17:00. In todays road race, I crossed the line at 16:59. Breaking my goal for the season before it even starts. I am really excited for this fall xc season, and just really had to let this out to the public. Thanks.

WOW --- I cant even imagine what it would feel like to run that fast.......GREAT JOB and you should be in excellent shape for XC in a few weeks. I am trying to break 26 mins.........on Sept 7th..........
