Probably covered a few time before but please forgive me on this. I currently have a Timex that is FUBAR and looking for something new. I noticed lots of Garmin threads and was hoping to get some pros and cons of various HRMs (features, ease of use, cost, etc.) as I search for a new one.
Also, how exactly do you incorporate HRM into your training and has it helped?
Thanks in advance |

Well, the advantage of my garmin is it tracks my heart rate vs time vs distance vs elevation. It's pretty easy to use, once you set a screen up to display the numbers nice and large for you.
Since the roads around here have been covered in snow and ice pretty much constantly since getting my garmin, I haven't done a whole lot of heart rate training yet. |
