Hi, sorry for the late reply, I was away for a few days.
I had been to Ireland, and it was beautiful.
Be sure to go to the Blarney Castle and hang upside dwn and kiss the Stone of Eloquence, which is said to give the gift of eloquence.
Bed and Breakfasts are common in Ireland.

We might stay in a B&B for a night or two when we travel outside of Belfast. I'm sure it will be beautiful!

Could someone please educate me....How much is this? Smile

    Individual Entry - £6

NM. I got unlazy for a second and found a website....

    Thursday, March 13, 2008

    6 Euro = 9.24654 US Dollar

6 US Dollar (USD) = 3.89335 Euro (EUR)

    Interbank rate +/- 0%

    This means:
You buy 6 Euro : 9.24654 US Dollar
You sell 6 Euro : 9.24600 US Dollar
You buy 6 US Dollar : 3.89335 Euro
You sell 6 US Dollar : 3.89358 Euro

Dont forget Michelle when you are staying in Belfast it will be STG (sterling) currency and not Euro.

So when you see the £ symbol it means pounds. When you see € its is Euro.

    £6.00 GBP = $12.2099 USD, or
    £6.00 GBP = €7.83308 EUR

Just to keep it interesting Wink
    Goals for 2008: 10k - Phoenix Park - 6 April 48:47 1/2 Marathon - Longford - 24 August Marathon - Dublin - 27 October. Its Man v Distance. Distance is in trouble.

I thought there was something that I was missing with that conversion. So, the American dollar is worth even less than I thought.

While not spectacular (lot of instant in the B&Bs and hotel), the coffee in Ireland will suffice. Also, half and half is non-existent. I either use H&H or black. Milk in all its various percentages just doesn't cut it for me.

I had a WaWa coffee in the Poconos driving back from NYC this weekend and it tasted weak. Used to drink a lot of WaWa coffee when I lived in Philly. I drink Sheetz on the road now, or bring a Thermos from home.

I always get the Cappuccino from the machine. I have it down to a "science". 1/2 Capp. 1/4 Hazelnut and 1/4 regular coffee topped off with half & half. Smile I rarely finish an entire cup but my 16 oz travel mug lasts me all day long (I have to keep reheating it).

I agree with you that milk isn't worth it.

Might be a silly question (I don't travel much)....can I bring ground coffee with me on the plane (in my suitcase of course)? We'll be staying with a friend and she has a coffee maker so I can at least bring Wawa coffee with to make there.
