I really wish I had wore my running shoes today instead of putting them in my checked bag. I could be running laps around this terminal. At least I made it from Canada to the US where my cell phone works. |

What a long night. It gets cold here when most of the people leave. It's a good thing I had a wind breaker in my carry-on.
I don't know what it is about airports that causes people to freak out when their flight gets canceled or miss a connection. I have to admit I was pretty calm at first, but when I tried to find a rental car unsuccessfully I almost took it out on a gate agent. |

I like your new 2008 goal.
Wasn't that a circa 1967 movie? Escape from Terminal G? |

Man, that sucks. Too bad gas is so $$. I got together with 2 RA girls last night (Joni and Cheffy) and if gas were cheap I'd totally have been up for a roadtrip to Chi-town to meet another RA peep and keep him company. We could have picked Marcus up on the way over. I'll bet Marcus would have given you room to bunk for the night, too--I think he lives pretty close to the airport (I know he's not far from my brother and I think my brother is only about a half-hour from O'Hare). |

O'Hare is not an easy airport to be stuck in.
A good book is the best way I know to pass the time. I like the running laps thing, though. |

Yep, about 10 minutes from that big nasty place. I at least could have come picked you up and took you for dinner or something. DW went out last night. I didn't do anything. Well, except mediate and focus extremely on my knee recovering as soon as possible. |

When is that? How fun! Last night Sandy and Joni and I were talking about how fun it would be to rent a mini-van to roadtrip to the Monkey someday. I definitely want to do support for that in '09. |
