Breaking all Illusions
Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens.Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.
Goals 2013:
Fanatic #3965
I work as a nurse and was shocked that there are now more and more weight-loss surgeries performed on teenagers! This can't be the solution! We are a society of instant gratification. Gaining 20 pounds didn't happen overnight. Taking them off will not happen overnight and will require discipline and sweat and effort.

Kirstin, thank you so, so much What is the link to your Team Tiara page? I've heard of this organization, and I think it's a great idea. Girls need positive role models and Zoomie, you are a great one!
More Cowbell!
Jeff, you rock, too! You are my first Y-chromosome donor!
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
Just so we're clear -- I am a donor with y-chromosomes, not a donor of y-chromosomes!
