>Off the Beaten Path>SRLopez - Updates?
Hey, just wondering how it's going...got to log stalking and noticed it was a very empty running log! Hope that's an indication that fresh beginnings are about to begin...
thanks for asking. I am doing ok and running some, not as much as before. just unstructured and unlogged. editing posts on my phone with the last update is super painful.
Well, then, I am very happy it's an empty log!! Unstructured and unlogged is how we ran as kids...the best way!!
I don't think I'll ever be able to run as much as you long distancers!!
