Forum page layout when Facebook is blocked (Read 29 times)

At my work facebook is blocked, so if I try to view forum posts I get a page like this:

Note that it is overlaying the post. A similar issue happens on the login page. Sometimes I'm in luck, and it disappears after a while, but not always.

I tested it in IE11 and Chrome 33.0.1750.117 m

Using Win 8.1 x64
