Fwiw, I think the OP can do it. The difference between 11:00 and 11:40 for someone who hasn't yet figured out how to delicately parse the pain cocktail is essentially just a matter of good pacing, a set jaw, and a couple of well-timed grunts.

My advise is the same as many others - even split the actual test. Phsically, there's not much improvement to be made in such a short time frame. If I were you, until the test. I'd just run (not too hard) and throw in either some short duration fartleks or strides. Those might help with the mental game of 'having been there before' at fast pace.
