Multiple activities for one equipment (Read 502 times)

  Sometimes I use my trail shoes to hike, but i can't put the item in. That's annoying. I don't see why certain equipment needs to be limited to one activity type.

 

It doesn't have to be.  Sometimes I wear my running shoes to go grocery shopping or walk the kids to school.  They seem to work fine.

 The kids work fine?

 

Or the shoes work fine, but the poor kids are chasing along behind with their tongues hanging out, trying to keep up?

Nice, 2:2 on suggestions followed by immediate snark.  I could actually see some usefulness in this, but I imagine the complexity of implementing it might outweigh the utility.
