Only been 2 weeks but using the gyms Concept2 rower as wel as my running. Just coming back from running and buiding my miles back slowly all runs are easy guess the rowing sessions are hard. Yesterday 40 minutes on the ergo. Hopefully will do something good with my running. Watch this space
