Hiding some courses (Read 268 times)

Runs like a snail
Now, let me start this by saying that I know you can hide courses you haven't used in x months...

But let's say you entered a course, ran it, it sucked and you're never going to run it again. It would be super convenient to tick a box that 'hid' this route, rather than putting up with it on your list for the next 2 - 3 months...

Just a thought Wink

Until a moment ago, I had a course called Mass Ave/Pleasant Street Five Miler. It was a pre-Garmin course that was created for a specific distance, but I couldn't really be sure where the turnaround was. I only used it once.

I edited that one workout to switch the course to "random route", making sure to correct the mileage so my year-to-date stats didn't change. Then I went into courses, hit the red X and deleted the course. It's definitely gonzo, won't be showing up in the course list again.

Astrogirl,
I'm planning to do this for the new log. It should have a similar behavior as retiring a shoe.
