Not quitting, at least not without more fight. But I'm at about at wit's end. Tomorrow going to get my gait looked at and probably different shoes. Changing shoes has helped just about every other annoying/nagging issue I've had in the past. My body seems to get fickle about every 6-9 months. Now I think it wants more shoe to go with more mileage, perhaps.
IBTNP is up past his/her bedtime.

Not yet, its only 7:40. I have at LEAST another hour before I can claim that.
IBTNP has a dessert staring them in the face that they dont need, and didnt know they even wanted until some loving caring person brought them a treat as a surprise.

I didn't - I just wanted to send a message to her and it was the only way I could figure it out where I know she would see it!
Getting things back on track - no dessert staring me down - just a lovely rye and ginger (and yes, I succumbed)
I bet the next person missed a run because of le Tour de France

I wish--though I did do dinner and a movie with a girlfriend last night and it was nice to get out sans kids.
IBTNP is preparing for a first run in a new shoe and is a bit leery...

False. I would like to get new shoes though.
IBTNP just had their yearly review at work this afternoon and feels a thousand times better and not so stressed out now that it's done!
