true.... I got creamed at OBX this weekend.... I got caught in a suck and then slammed my knee into the surf and got my neck cranked in a HUGE wave.... it was my left knee which already had been giving me issues... run is tonight.
IBTNP is doing some home renovations.
TRUE. We just had new front doors installed. We also switched bedrooms around with two of our children and now this week we'll be painting.
IBTNP is insanely busy at work this week.

Nope, our provincial exhibition was at the end of July.
IBTNP has been watching a lot of Olympic coverage.

True. More so than I have ever done before.
IBTNP will soon have to start doing their runs early in the morning.

Thank gosh no! With the kids going back to school I can run at any point during the day now. However, I am going to start looking for PT work and that might change- but for right now, not an issue.
IBTNP is running the Philly Distance Run.

Nope, but it sounds like a really cool race.
IBTNP is sitting in their own post-run filth and really needs to hit the shower.

Yes and no. I just wolfed a devil dog, and washed it down with beer, but I don't feel the least bit guilty because I ran a solid 8m tonight.
I'll wager the next running peep is really lovin' some cooler temps lately.....
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me

Nope, I'll be at the Dragonboat Races, working as a dock-marshall. WohooO!
IBTNP has found a good accompanying cross training activity to go alongside their running.

True...I have been getting out on my ancient, heavy, clunky old mtn. bike with slick tires once/week for ~10-11 miles...just a leisurely, fun ride with no pressure. Nice to go kinda "fast."
IBTNP just watched a movie and split a bottle of wine with their spouse/SO.
