True...I have been getting out on my ancient, heavy, clunky old mtn. bike with slick tires once/week for ~10-11 miles...just a leisurely, fun ride with no pressure. Nice to go kinda "fast."

IBTNP just watched a movie and split a bottle of wine with their spouse/SO.

False, but last night we did watch the Eagles game and we drank some beer. Big grin

IBTNP had a great long run this week.

Running is a big question mark that's there each and every day. It asks you, 'Are you going to be a wimp or are you going to be strong today? Peter Maher

correct! I said goodbye to my kids who are staying with my Mum and Dad, and are being taken to Yorkshire to stay in a Cottage in Westerdale! Then my husband and I returned home, went for a pub lunch, went shopping, returned home and I unpacked from my holiday I had just had with my parents! Confused?

IBTNP is going to do a 10k run tomorrow just for the hell of it! Wink

Nope, I've never done a run that far yet. Hopefully over the winter. Wink

IBTNP enjoys racing, but does NOT enjoy when races involve fundraising beforehand.

Did you mean to say does NOT enjoy fundraising? Cause I really hate it and refuse to do it anymore. Also because I get injured everytime I do so it is like a major jinx for me.

IBTNP should have been in bed AGES ago.

No, not really. But I think I got my sister going on the C25K !! She doesn't run with me though, she lives in Pennsylvania.

I'll be willing to go out on a limb and wager the next bopping biped is wondering how they kept their sanity when running wasn't a part of their life. Roll eyes
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me

False. I was up at 6:00 just as planned...although I didn't want to be, my bed was extra cozy this morning for some reason.

IBTNP will be running out of state this weekend.
