True! I'm back to losing weight and won't stop until I finally hit goal. Also starting the C25K this Monday...which brings me to my long term goal of graduating from it.
IBTNP has allergies and has been having trouble being outdoors lately.
Blogging my progress on the C25K - Finished C25K!

No, thank goodness. The beer part is ok but my family singing anything is quite scary!
IBTNP was thinking that this thread was finally going to kick the bucket....
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me

Nope, we aren't quite into fall here yet. Trees are still green!
I bet the next person had a great run on their last outing and doesn't know how their next run could even compare.

Ha!...TRUE. Nice one.
I did 8 x 1/4 mile intervals in the 1:23-1:28 range and I haven't done that in about a year because of injuries. Tomorrow will be much....slower.
I bet the next person didn't do quarter mile intervals today.
Run like you stole something.

Sure. Is there ever a time that a massage isn't good for anyone?
IBTNP likes to set goals with their running.

Maybe a little, but enjoy the journey much more than the destination.
