ibtnp is ready for some much needed rain
Yep, and it was really fun to run in, this AM. Though I must say that the 30º drop in temperature in 48 hours was a bit of a shock to the system!
IBTNP had to wad newspaper in their shoes after their run today.

no though if I had run much longer in the humidity I might have lol
IBTNP is wondering WHY they didn't sign up for a certain marathon this coming weekend when they have to run 23 miles for their long run.

So very much not true. I can't imagine running that far for a long time yet.
IBTNP is craving something not so healthy to eat.

Well, I was craving something not so healthly earlier...but I'm not anymore. Why...because I had a Hardee's chicken biscuit sandwich with large fries for breakfast.

False. No tattoos for me.
IBTNP has not run for over a week. And is very upset about it.

Not a chance. Tropical storm Hanna was coming through and running in the warm rain was fantastic.
IBTNP started running after the age of 40.
I ran a mile and I liked it, liked it, liked it.

Yes! It was a miracle, too.
IBTNP needs to start thinking about organizing winter running gear, and buying more stuff!

Yep. Monongahela River in Pittsburgh, mostly. Sometimes the Allegheny.
I bet the next person set a PR in their race this weekend. (The 40-year-old me beat the 29-year-old me.)
Zoomie, you are too fast. I was distracted by football and yes, I should be in bed.
