(((sigh))) Unfortunately, no. Although with the rain we're having, I might be able to trick myself into believing I'm running next to the waterfront tomorrow instead of the overflowing gutters. Big grin

IBTNP is messing around in here and putting off housework or laundry.

False, but I am avoiding work at the moment! (shhhh, don't tell my boss!) Big grin

IBTNP really needs to set some goals with running so they know what they need to work on!

Not yet, I'm still not quite sure where to go from here and am taking it day by day for now with respect to my running.

IBTNP is not going out to paint their chain link fence right now like me on this beautiful fall day. Sad

Yes ,I'm always excited about going on the trails. It's my favorite place. My next race isn't until the end of Nov though.

I'll be clairvoyant and say that the next peeper has been working on their running form.(different than a race form)

Actually, yes I have. I've been paying more attention to how I keep my shoulders and back.

IBTNP ran through lots of bugs tonight!!

Mostly False...didn't run tonight. But I have done that before..right when I take a big gulp of air thru my mouth and swallow a bunch of bugs...I hate that!!

IBTNP is making sure they are fully hydrated for a HM this weekend and spent half the day in the bathroom peeing

False. But carbo loaded really badly for this morning's 38km (final big run before Auckland marathon on nov 2) and ran with the grace and fluidity of an over-stuffed chest of drawers.

IBTNP has read or is reading Haruki Murakami 's "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running"

False, but it does sound interesting!

IBTNP really enjoys this time of year! Cooler weather (great for running in!), fall colors, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie, Halloween...etc.

False. I really enjoy running in the heat especially 90 degrees and above. Been pacing and crewing a running buddy of mine twice at Badwater 135 and toying with the thought of signing up myself for next year.

IBTNP has read Dean Karnazes new book "50/50: Secrets I Learned Running 50 Marathons in 50 Days"
