Not yet...but last week was and after my planned 9 miler today I will be. Big grin

I'll bet the next person didn't get to have dinner with 2 RAers last night (pity for them, ha! Joni and I met Cheffy/Sandy for the first time and it was awesome!)... Wink

Didn't, and I am jealous. Although we did have a fabulous dinner out with good friends.

The next person will be running a race this weekend.

Hey, and I think Joni might come watch 5/3 next weekend--she's really hoping to meet you. May is turning into a great month for meeting fellow RAers! Big grin

No race this weekend...but next weekend it's GO time! Big grin

I'll bet the next person realizes that they can no longer stay out 'til midnight and not feel it...sheesh.

...Frosty...
You are correct. I know I have to be in bed early and get 8 hours of sleep or it WILL result in insufficient recovery. It is amazing how... rest excercise and diet all work together... and if balanced well you feel great!

I'll bet the next person got up early this morning to run and got back to their house before their family had finished breakfast.

Goals for 2008:

Nope, did not run with my dog this morning...Too much crappola going on.

I bet the next person had a glass of red wine this evening. Wink

I had a "red" beer last evening, Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss. Does that count? Probably not. Oh well, it was good and went well with the chicken fajita bratwurst we grilled.

The next poster had cereal for breakfast this morning.

False. I had carrot cake, from Wawa, along with my Wawa coffee. Big grin

I bet the next person has a new injury.

You're kidding, right? That is seriously the WORST beer...ever. And I'm not picky about beer. Dead

Kinda, sorta, but not really...did my run this morning, but will head out in a couple of hours to watch my son at his track meet. So, vicariously hitting the road through him.

BTW - I completely agree on the beer assessment...I am not at all picky when it comes to beer, but that stuff shouldn't even qualify as beer...YUCK.

I'm thinking the next person is just starting to feel good running again after an injury layoff.
