*hands Kirsten a Miller Lite* Big grin Go ahead, drink it.

I'll drink Lite. It's not my favorite, but it doesn't turn my stomach, either (and it makes for great brat boiling liquid)...unlike that Berry Weiss. That is the ONLY Leinie's brew that I will turn up my nose at.

Kinda, sorta, but not really...did my run this morning, but will head out in a couple of hours to watch my son at his track meet. So, vicariously hitting the road through him.

BTW - I completely agree on the beer assessment...I am not at all picky when it comes to beer, but that stuff shouldn't even qualify as beer...YUCK.

I'm thinking the next person is just starting to feel good running again after an injury layoff.

false. no injuries.
the person beneath has a pair of birkenstock sandals. [I plan to get a pair this wknd.]
Nope, no Birkies here. I just don't like the way they look.. I'll take my pink crocs over Birks.

I bet the next person just spent the afternoon cleaning their two youngest children's room Angry

No thank God! I did pass a milestone on Saturday when our youngest offspring(17yo) started his first job!! WOOHOO,they're ALL working now!!

I'll bet the next lucky poster is starting a new training program soon!

Smile Sorry folks
I wish the real world would just stop hassling me

Yes, in fact..officially starting my half marathon training this coming Sat.

The next person is wondering if he/she should invest in a Garmin.

In fact I am but their 100 dollars and I can't get the money (i'm 13). I would really enjoy having one though.

I'll bet the next person PR'd a race within the last 2 weeks.

I'd like to do trails...but I am still paranoid of creeps and I'm a major klutz--so if a pervert doesn't get me a root will. Blush

I'll bet the next person had a glorious easy run today.

Runs like a snail
Nope, I'm struggling with new shoes, new orthotics and new blisters!!!!

I bet the next person is looking at the weather reporting and thinking, 'doh'!
Goals for 2008:
*Run right thru the winter
*Melbourne HM ~ October
Not today...I think it has to be the nicest day of the year so far here. But it's supposed to rain later today, so I just enjoy it through the office window for now.

I'll bet the next person is thankful that warmer weather is finally here so they can get outside and run instead of being stuck on the TM all winter.

True and false -- I don't use the treadml.
the person beneath has plans to cut the lawn anyday now. [we put a toro lawn mower up for sale and got a manual lawn mower, which doesn't do that great a job, so now we are going to buy another lawn mower]

True and False! Thankful for the warmer weather, but I managed to stay outside the whole winter!

Next person saw some sort of wildlife on their run today (i.e. baby painted? turtle about an inch long)!

Lemme put your name on my shirt!
Will it hold up in '09?

False. Still not running. But I did take the dog with me to go get propane, gas, and wash the truck. Roll eyes

Me thinks the next person is contemplating what to have for lunch today.

MTA: And way to have HTFU'd last winter, Joni. You're doing awesome building your mileage back up! Wink

False, no run today (though I am going to Weesies later--woot!).

I'll bet the next person needs to go do their ab workout so they don't find themselves hunching over in the last miles of a race this weekend.
