False, for a race I am like a finely tuned race car. I empty out totally - too much info!

False. I've only run an extra 2 miles due to not paying attention and taking the wrong fork in a trail. 
I bet the next person ate a burger and fries for lunch and is now regretting the episode (although it was so very good going down!). |
