As for the weather...it's been pretty nice for a few weeks, now. Not too hot, not too cold.
I'll bet the next person needs to go eat a salad to make up for their ice cream cone dinner (DS had a bad day and has been a good kid, and an awesome marble slab place is on the way home from his school).
True. I did eat three sccops of ice cream with real raspberries and blackberries, and regretted that later. MTA: That was yesterday.
the person beneath skipped breakfast today. |

False...had a nice bowl of Honey Crisp Medley with raisins & skim milk.
The next person is training for a race over the Memorial Day weekend with the goal of setting a new PR |
running/weight goals for 2008…
1) Get to 200 lbs by the end of December…and stay there
2) Get below 20% body fat (currently at 25%)
3) Complete my first duathlon in 1:15:00 (completed, with an actual time of 1:15:27)
4) Break 25 minutes in a 5k (current PR 26:03)
5) Break two hours in a half marathon (current PR 2:05:09)
6) Run 1,250 miles for the year |

No, last year I came in 117th out of 118 for a Memorial Day 1-miler (I beat a 6-year-old who didn't want to be there), so I don't think I will try that again. I'll watch my 10-year-old daughter run it, though! I will stick to longer races, where it doesn't matter quite so much that I'm a turtle!
I bet the next person is hoping that the weather forecast for tomorrow (rain) is wrong so they can get a good run in.

Nope, it's supposed to be sunny here. But yes, I don't like the forecast. We need a good rain; a 2 day soaker would really really help.
I bet the next person is glad it's the weekend.

I am...I'm really tired and need to sleep in and catch up on sleep for a couple of days. Woke at 5am with asthmatic cough and couldn't fall back to sleep. Damn, I hope these meds kick in soon.
I'll bet the next person is contemplating a beer.
MTA: that I was answering the weekend question, but the vacation one holds true, too. |
